1. Who we are
Candy Bags etc. ("we", "us") is a South African online retailer of
handbags and accessories, operating at candybags.co.za.

2. Using this website
- You must be 16 years or older to place an order, or have the consent

3. Products, pricing and stock
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand and include delivery

4. Orders and payment

Manual-EFT orders are reserved once proof of payment is received;
unpaid EFT orders lapse after ⚠ N days (suggest 3 working days —

- We never see or store your card details; card payments are processed
by PayFast (PCI-DSS compliant).
5. Delivery

6. Cooling-off, returns and defects
- Cooling-off (ECT Act s44): you may cancel an online order within
7 days after delivery, without reason, for a refund of the purchase
price. Return courier costs are for your account; goods must be unused
and in original condition/packaging.
- Defective goods (CPA s55/56): if an item is defective or not fit
for purpose you may return it within 6 months of delivery for repair,
replacement or refund at your election, at our cost.

- Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss,
and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid
